Donna Martin | Embodied Mindfulness the Hakomi Way

The Seattle Hakomi Education Network is pleased to present this special weekend workshop with Donna Martin. If you're registered for the Deepening Skills Intensive at the end of April, you get a discount on tuition for this event.

This intensive is an opportunity to observe and participate in Hakomi-in-action.  Donna taught with Ron Kurtz, founder of Hakomi, for twenty years, and has taught in many cultures around the world.

What to expect

This unique weekend with Donna Martin is open to the greater Hakomi community and will be held at the Mosswood Hollow Retreat Center in Duvall, Washington.  Donna will work with several people each day as a teaching demonstration. These demonstration sessions will be interspersed with short practice periods throughout each day.
